HARTFORD — Police arrested two men in Windsor on Sunday.
Police say the men allegedly assaulted another man at the Watson Dog Park parking lot.
This incident continued to occur as the victim fled his assailants who were chasing him.
He was assaulted again on US Route 5.
Police hav not released the names of the suspects at this time.
