VERNON — A 26-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested following an incident in Vernon yesterday.
Police say they took Shawn Santoro, of Windsor, CT, into custody at a home on Bemis Road at around 9:30 a.m.
Santoro had a full extraditable warrant out of Connecticut for murder.
Santoro was brought to the Westminster barracks where he was turned over to the Vermont State Police.
He was issued a citation to appear in court today.
