Two arrested for possession of fentanyl in Westminster

WESTMINSTER — Two people were charged following an incident in Westminster yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of two unresponsive men in a vehicle in the parking lot of a business on US Route 5, at around 1:10 p.m.

An investigation led to the arrest of Christopher A. Baxter, 33, Brattleboro.

Police say Baxter was charged with DUI drugs and possession of fentanyl.

Also, Baxter was found to be in violation of 15 different sets of conditions of release, violating a total of 30 conditions, for which he is also charged.

Jereme T. Schoff, 35, Brattleboro, was also arrested.

He is charged with possession of fentanyl and violating conditions of release.
